About Matthew Zell
Founder and Executive Coach
Matthew is an ICF certified coach, trainer and consultant focused on unlocking his client’s potential and maximizing their individual and team performance.
He has spent more than 20 years working in organizational and marketing communications as both a corporate director and consultant in healthcare, education, and B2B environments. As an entrepreneur, Matthew started and led multiple organizations working closely with clients across the US to build better leaders, better teams, and better outcomes through organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development and strategic communication.
As a coach, Matthew supports individuals, teams, and organizations as they discover and clarify their values, strengths, resources, motivations, and goals. Matthew helps clients to define their direction, improve their performance, explore new possibilities, and overcome personal and professional obstacles.
Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communications from Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Natural Sciences. Matthew is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is currently continuing his coach training at SeattleCoach in Seattle, WA.
