  • Therapy is for everyone. Whether you are barely hanging on or just need a little extra help, therapy can offer great support. We can discuss further during a consultation if therapy with me is the right fit for you at this time.

  • You are not alone. Therapy can seem mysterious and complicated. The good news is that you’ve already taken the first by deciding to get help. The next step is booking a free consultation. I can explain the process and we can go over any questions you have.

  • Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s normal to be nervous. I can’t say that therapy is always easy, but I can say that I will be here to support you on your journey. The first step is a free, no-obligation consultation call. Start there.

  • Click “contact” on the menu above. You can book your consultation online by clicking “request appointment” and selecting a time, or fill out the contact form. I’ll send a zoom link via email and you’ll join the call when the time comes.

  • Consultation calls are free, 15-minute video chats that can allow us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I will ask you to tell me why you are seeking therapy at this time. You can ask me any questions as well. It’s important to me that you receive the best care possible. If I am not the best fit for you, I will give you referrals for people who may be better able to support you.

  • I charge $190 for a standard 53-minute individual session.

  • I accept Premera, LifeWise, Aetna, and Kaiser I am also able to bill Out of Network. Understanding insurance can be confusing, so I’ve got you covered. Please see the Insurance 101 page to learn more about insurance and Out of Network.

  • This is a very important question. On our Insurance 101 page, you will find a list of questions to ask your insurance provider. Asking the right questions can help you avoid being surprised with bills and other issues.

  • I see clients online for therapy. I am licensed in Washington state, meaning I can see clients located anywhere in WA via Telehealth.

  • I attained my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University.

    I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. That means that I am receiving supervision from a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor.

    Please note that my supervisor will review my notes and I may discuss your case with her. I am happy to answer any questions you have about this.

    In addition to my clinical education, I hold a Master of Science in Professional Communication from Clark University.

    I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University.
